Return and Refund Policy in Compliance with Italian Law.

Returns

- In accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item, without having to provide a reason.
- The returned item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging.
- Pursuant to Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant items.

Refunds

- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return request.

- Pursuant to Article 56 of the Italian Consumer Code, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or non-conforming items.

Items not eligible for return

- Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or non-compliant.
- Items purchased from authorized retailers must be returned directly to the retailer, in accordance with Article 54 of the Italian Consumer Code.
